SMS Alerts Opt-In
SMS alerts from MLA Enterprises LLC are optional.
Authorized users may choose to receive SMS notifications related to the private investment monitoring system. These messages may include portfolio monitoring alerts, watchlist and risk alerts, trade journal reminders, position-monitoring updates, and system status notifications.
SMS consent is not required to use the private investment monitoring system. Users may use the system without subscribing to SMS alerts.
To opt in, click the “Subscribe to SMS Alerts” button and complete the public opt-in form. On the form, users provide their name, mobile phone number, and email address, then actively check a required consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is not pre-checked.
The consent checkbox says:
“I agree to receive recurring SMS notifications from MLA Enterprises LLC related to portfolio monitoring alerts, watchlist and risk alerts, trade journal reminders, position-monitoring updates, and system status notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the private investment monitoring system.”
